Your enquiries

When you contact Peak Creative, we use your name, email address, business name (if provided) and message to respond and discuss your project. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Enquiries are delivered using Resend to our business email, hosted by Google Workspace. We use these services to handle your request and keep the information only while it is needed for the enquiry, our business relationship or applicable record-keeping requirements.

Website analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, how people find us and whether they use our email, WhatsApp or enquiry options. Contact clicks are measured separately from submitted enquiries. We do not send form contents or your email address to Analytics.

Analytics is off until you accept it. You can reject analytics and still use the entire website, including the form. Use Cookie settings to change your choice at any time. Your preference is saved in your browser. Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits.

Service providers

Our hosting, email and analytics providers may process information outside your country. You can read more in the Google privacy policy and Resend privacy policy.
